Star Wars Weekends

Well so far there has been some good things and some bad things about this years Star Wars Weekends, the good things are the merch tent ( nice and large ) the Obi-Wan and Beyond show with James Arnold Taylor...( and the reopening of Star Tours was awsome )

Now onto the bad, I have been attending Star Wars Weekends Since 2000 and I have have never had an issue getting autographs from the actors. I come to this event as a fan of the movies and the new series. I have found that over the last 2 weekends there has been no communication between cast members and the managers. They tell you that you are only allowed 1 fastpass per day.Not 1 fastpass per actor.Some of us will remember the good days when you could wait in line and meet them, or you could get more then 1 fast pass. Now they have this dumb sytem in place,where you can only get 1 fastpass per day. I have to say that Im not impressed with how they have desided to do this year at all..

I would not recommend going expecting to get more the one actor fastpass, this is not going to happen,unless disney opens there eyes. And I dont see this happening. They have told me that they want to make it far for all the guests entering the park to get a actor fastpass, and as I told them if this is it case then they would have 1 for every person that enters the park. They had no comment back to me on that.

But other then the fastpass issue so far I have had fun at this years events,stars of the saga has been great, james arnold taylor is a great host this year..And Obi-Wan and Beyond is a must see. ( you will be amazed by this show ) Me and my mom got ti meet Star Wars Weekend first time guest Bruce Spence this last weekend, He was so nice and charming and he signed more them 1 item for me. We had a very nice chat from Star Wars to his work on Legand of the Seeker. A very nice man, hope they have him back.

First Weekend me and my mom went to see Daniel Logan ( he is always a doll to see ) had a nice chat with him about the clone wars and he is very excited about stuff coming up...( shhh im not sopsse to say ) also James Arnold Taylor was just as great this year as he was last year ( saw james on saturday ) He signed my double figure of Plo Kloon and Ahsoka, and he told me that Dave asked him to voice Plo.He said that was honored to be the first actor to give plo kloon a voice. And he comment that he didnt know that there is a double figure out there of Plo and Ahsoka.

Well that is my report so far, Will add more after next weekend. Hope that I have some more good to report.
