More celebs rumored and changed

TheForce.net is reporting some new celebrities added to the list along with some changes. Amy Allen ("Aayla Secura") has been added to Weekend 3 with Dave Filoni (Clone Wars director) being added to Weekend 4 while Jeremy Bulloch (Boba Fett) has been swapped from Weekend 4 to Weekend 1.  That would leave one to be announced slot left for Weekend 4.  In addition, it's rumored that Troy Denning (author) is going to be attending Weekend 1.  Thanks to ksomm814 for the updates.

Big Fig pictures....?

has anyone found pictures of the new big figs? this is crazt that it is almost a month away and they haven't released pictures....anyone???

CELEBRITIES

Hi guys!  I have been attending Star Wars Weekends for years.  This is my favorite Disney event.  But I would like to see new celebrities coming here, like Obi Wan (ewan Mcgregor), Anakin (Hayden Christensen), Jar Jar Binks, Padmen, etc.  instead of the same actors (like Chewbacca, and Boba Fett) every time.  Don't get me wrong, I love them!  But for people like me, that we go to the event every year, I wish you could bring different actors like Palpatine, Count Doku, Princess Leia, Han Solo...Somebody that haven't come in previous years.

Jake Lloyd

Jake Lloyd has been named as the other Celebrity Guest for Weekend #4.  Lloyd played the young boy Anakin Skywalker in Episode I, the Phantom Menace.

It would be nice

We'd love to see big names like some of the ones you mentioned but I think there's a cost issue (appearance fees would be much higher) and the A list actors also I don't think want to do these sort of events, which is unfortunate.  Just my thoughts.

Actors/Celebrities

I can agree with that.  I think having some "regulars" is a good thing because there are many people who are not as fortunate as you and I might be in having attended for several years.  That said, I was holding out hope on Carrie Fisher, Christopher Lee (who's work in Sci-Fi is well worth celebrating), Ian McDiarmid (I love the voice), James Earl Jones, or Mark Hamil would make interesting additions.   I understand that your not going to be able to bring in some actors like Ewan McGregor, Liam Neeson, or Natalie Portman without some major difficulties, but do think some of the other names I mentioned might be enticed to come.

 It is worth noting that David Prowse is coming this year, which is somewhat of a change.  Again, I have no problem with keeping the other names in the loop, but like you would like to see some more effort to bring in a more diverse group.

TO anyone attending weekend 3

Would anyone attending weekend 3 be able to get something signed by Matthew Wood for me.  I am unable to attend SWW this weekend and do not have a Mathew Wood for my collection.  I could send an 8X10 before hand or even just the standard headshots provide by disney would be.   If you could please email me at sperry72@gmail.com.
