Well on Friday the13th my 2 daughters and I woke up at 5:45am to go to Starwars Weekends. First in our agenda was to get in line for David Prowse autograph. When we got to the parking lot we looked in good shape but when we got closer to the front of the park the line was huge past the security booth. The line was so bad that Disney started moving people into the park at 7am. I was lucky that I came the back way and thought the end of the line was behind of the security booths. We did get an autograph tickets for 4:10pm.
After we got the fastpasses we rushed to Wickets Warehouse. There we got a shirt, 1 limited edition Mickey watch, Donald watch, starwars bath toys and of course mystery pins but the shirt we all wanted which was the Darth Donald and Darth Goofy t-shirts where not available with our sizes. No lines at all.
Then we got our fast passes to Toy Mania for 12:30pm. Then it was time to go get pictures with Princess Minnie,Goofy and Donald. After taking pictures we went to eat.
At 11:30 am we got a spot to see the parade. We walked around seeing different characters. But the Empire section is a mess like our Dark Lord said. Then it was time to ride Toy Mania pretty good ride but not to wait 60 minutes or more.
At 1:15pm it was time to see Stars of the Saga show. Warrick did a good job with Peter Mayew but really did a poor job with David Prowse which had great stories to tell.
So at 4pm we walked over to stand in line for David Prowse autograph. He is a very humble person. My daughter(11) asked him how old was he when played Darth Vader? He replied he was 40 yrs old, my daughter was stunned. I then asked him if he knew that his voice was going to be replace? He replied that they did the voice over without him knowing about it from one day to the other.
So at around 6pm waiting for the Hoopla, my daughter wanted to ride Star Tours I said fine go ahead and I asked one of the cast members if a flight check was available since my other daughter was 2 yrs old. I was in luck they did a flight check and my little daughted loved it. They even gave her a certificate, cards and stickers. Really good cast members.
Finally I saw the Hoopla at 7pm which was great do not miss this show. I highly recommend it. Well when I get back home I'll give you a report about weekend 3 and what I liked and disliked at SWW.
