Mickey Monitor previews Star Wars Weekends 2011

Jawas, Gungans, Wookiees (and humans) welcome.
With a relaunch of Star Tours® (one of our Guests' favorite attractions), Star Wars Weekends 2011 will be one you don't want to miss!

The characters of Star WarsTM are some of the most memorable in cinematic history. And every weekend during the event, you'll have the chance to see some of your favorites. Always wanted  to ask Darth Maul, "How bad did that lightsaber cut really hurt?" Star Wars Weekends is the place to do it! Along with Mr. Maul, you'll have the chance to see lots of your favorite characters like Darth Vader, Luke Skywalker, Boba Fett, Chewbacca and even Anakin Skywalker (before
that nasty burn).

Fluent in over 6 million languages. And able to sign an autograph, too!

Along with some of your favorite characters, you'll have the chance to see the people who made them come to life! One special guest that you might see is the protocol droid of all protocol droids...C-3PO! On Earth, we call him Anthony Daniels, who has played the famous character for all six movies! Don't miss Anthony/C-3PO at the event Weekend 1 (May 20-22)
and Weekend 2 (May 27-29)!

Plus, don't miss Ashley Eckstein, voice of Ahsoka Tano, in Star Wars: The Clone Wars. She'll be there every weekend as a
Celebrity Host of a special, behind-thescenes look called The Clone Wars: Behind the Force. Having worked in Disney's
Hollywood Studios® years ago, she's the perfect person to show you an up-close  look at the power of the Force along with the magic of Disney! Plus you can also catch a sneak peek of Star Wars: The Clone Wars season 4.

New adventures. And even more Force.

This year, if you visit Star Wars Weekends,  you'll be able to reach even more destinations in the Star WarsTM galaxy. That's because Star Tours® -The Adventures Continue will launch May 20! Fly on a Starspeeder 1000 with all-new adventures and see where the Force might take you!

All your Jawas will be happy.

Along with celebrity autographs and an updated attraction, there's all sorts of other great things for the ultimate Star Wars fan.  Though you're probably used to seeing your  favorite Star Wars characters flying through space, during Star Wars Weekends you can see them in the Legends of the Force Motorcade (we've made them promise not to hit hyperspace during the procession). Plus you'll have the chance to see Star Wars themed Disney Characters. (Darth Goofy? I always knew that smile had a dark side.) And don't miss Stars of the Saga, a Q&A session with some of your favorite celebrities
from the films and TV show. You can see a list of all the stars at

Don't miss Star Wars Weekends, every Friday, Saturday and Sunday from May 20-June 12!
