Are you going to Star Wars Weekend this year? We're looking for SWW Reporters! All we're looking for is a trip report and perhaps even more importantly, photos of the event! Any and all photos and trip reports can be emailed to us at email@example.com but you can also register to be a reporter here. Thank you to everyone who helps out!
Veterans of Star Wars Weekend may recall that Soundstage One has been the traditional home for a merchandise warehouse the past few years. This year, however, things will change. All the collectible merchandise will be in the AFI Showcase shop (the shop at the end of the Backlot Tour). The rest of the merchandise will be in the store across from the Studio Catering Company (Prop Shop).

The 2010 Star Wars Weekend list of celebrities who will be attending the event this year is out and there's more celebs each weekend than ever before. Each weekend will have three celebrity guests (in the past there have been generally just two) and there are two celebrity hosts of each weekend this year (usually just one). The hosts, Jeremy Bulloch (Bobba Fett in the original trilogy) and Ashley Eckstein (Ahsoka from The Clone Wars), will also be in attendance to host many of the events as well as sign autographs.
A possible 2010 Star Wars Weekend logo has been leaked, featuring Mickey Mouse and Bobba Fett. Evidently the theme for Star Wars Weekends 2010 will be "bounty hunters" and this logo certainly evokes that. Word is that this logo we see is in line for consideration and may be tweaked slightly, but more than likely will be the logo we see.
